I, as the Artist...● Reserve the right to decline any commission. If I find myself unable to complete a request, I will promptly inform you and issue a refund.● Ask that you respect my process and not rush me. I dedicate a significant amount of time to ensure the quality of my work.● Request that you refrain from being demanding, rude, or toxic.● Please do not ask me to change or lower my designated prices, they will never change as that's how I value my work.● Please communicate with me.
If there is something you do not like, please let me know.----------------You, as the Client...● Should not claim my artwork as your own or remove the watermark.● May not use your commission to make a profit.● May post the work to your own website/social media, but must give credit or link back to me.● Are not permitted to repost any of my work unless you are the original buyer.● Must communicate any desired changes during the progress photo stage, that is your only chance.
Commissioning Process● Before contacting me, please have a clear idea of what you want. This includes of what falls under my prices [example: Full color, Half Body, no background]● Have all necessary references ready, including images, color palettes, or any others.● We will discuss he pricing based on what is wanted, and any additions added specific to your request. [My prices vary depending on whats being ordered]● I will create a base sketch and share it with you for review. This sketch will serve as the starting point of what you want before payment.● You can request changes to the sketch, the necessary adjustments and changes are made to ensure you are happy with what is to be received.● Once satisfied with the sketch, I will require payment to proceed.● After receiving payment, I will work on completing the commission. During the process, I will provide progress photos to keep you updated and ensure the piece is up to your expectations.● Upon completion, the final artwork will be sent to you with two watermarked versions [big & small]
